MagPower Systems Inc. reports that management changes have recently occurred. Shawn McGroarty has resigned as a director and is no longer the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Richard Cooper has been appointed the Chairman and Bruce Downing has been appointed the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
